Q) Do you offer a complete design, supply and fit service?
A) Yes we can draw up plans and designs for you, if acceptable our own fitters can then complete the installation of your bathroom from taking out your old suite to fitting the final accessories.
Q) Do you do free quotations?
A) All of our quotations are free of charge, however we would ask that you visit our showroom first to get an idea of the items we sell and discuss initial ideas for your new bathroom
Q) We don’t have a lot of imagination but we would like an idea of the finished look, is this possible?
A) Yes come in and see us, discuss your requirements and we can complete a computer generated cad drawing for you (Please see our portfolio page)
Q) We have our own plumber can we just buy the sanitary ware from you?
A) We are happy to supply only and can liase with your fitter if you think it will be helpful
Q) Are all items covered by a guarantee?
A) Every item we sell comes with a twelve month guarantee, some items may carry a further manufacturers warranty please check for details.
All our installation work carries a twelve month guarantee on the work itself.
Q) We are looking to smarten our bathroom before we move. Can you help as we are on a limited budget?
A) With a wide range of accessories, mirrors, cabinets and bath panels we can help you to breathe new life into your bathroom or cloakroom. Alternatively we have a good range of both wall and floor tiles that will completely change the look of your room.

A) As a company we endeavour to give our customers a good choice of quality baths, showers and sanitary ware from a variety of British and European manufacturers. Even if we don’t display the item you are looking for we will always try to source it for you. |
